Kristy is our Senior Support Worker - she brings over 10 years experience in aged care and disability. In addition to a support worker Kristy is also an equine therapy facilitator. Outside of work you will find Kristy out riding her horses or hanging out with her family.

I worked as a Disability Support Worker for over a year on the central coast where I supported a wide range of participants ranging from low to high needs. I loved this role as I could see,support and celebrate the small improvements made by the participants. My role consisted of primarily 1:1 high needs support though I am experienced in a group setting such as various after school programs.
